A photographic exploration
…of my new Sequential Multi-Trak. Planned work:
- Replace the battery
- Install the new Tauntek/Bob Grieb firmware
- Perform battery drain / current draw mod (if necessary)
- Replace buttons which have yellowed over time
- Replace foam in the flight case
- The synth came in this nice, slim flight case. Unfortunately the foam is rotten, so it won’t be going back in its case until I can find some replacement foam …
- This is where the battery drain mod is performed. The lower leg of one of the resistors is lifted, and connected to a pin on the IC.
- I soldered in this replacement battery one one side only, then realized it’s installed backwards.
